If in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return your item(s) you may return a product ordered in the Sultress Ltd online-shop within 14 days of the purchase receipt. The goods must be returned undamaged and in a reasonable saleable condition within it's original packaging.

Please ensure you return your item within the Sultress Ltd gift packaging, where more than 1 item has been purchased the packaging may be kept.

**OUR REFUND POLICY LASTS 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE**

 

Refunds will be processed within 2-4 working days upon receipt of goods. An email confirmation will be sent to the customer confirming receipt of goods, and further updates regarding refunds therefore after. Please note card refunds can take upto 5-10 working days for the funds to clear within your account. 

Your original shipping cost will be deducted from any refunds processed. 

​Please ensure all items are returned via Royal mail tracked service, we cannot be held responsible for any lost items. 

​If you have any queries regarding our refund process please get in touch at info@sultress.com. All enquiries are responded to within 48 hours Monday-Friday. (We are not open weekends and bank holidays) all queries will be dealt with the next working day. 

Please ensure the returns form with your package is completed and returned with your purchase. 

​Please ensure the following are completed to ensure the smooth process of your refund:​

  • Ensure the returns form is enclosed within your package, identifying the reason code for returning your purchase. If you require another returns and exchange form please contact us and we will be happy to help.​ 
  • Please ensure all goods returned are in a resalable conditions; no stains, unworn, all swing tags in tact, no traces of odours, fake tan, make-up or other stains. ​ 
  • All items will be rigorously inspected for the above mentioned issues.​ 
  • The full refund process should be complete within 10 worming days including the funds returned to you. ​ 
  • We will send email conformation when your refund has been processed.​ 
  • All refunds are processed back by the means of payment; this being PayPal or debit/credit card.​

Please note: sale items have 7 days for return. The item will be sent back to you if returned outside of the 7 day time period.

Exchange:

Exchange requests are ONLY accepted for UK purchases. At this time all purchases outside of the UK will have to request a refund and make a new purchase. ​

Exchange requests will only be accepted for exchange of the same item in a different size and/or colour. ​

We will process 1 exchange free of charge.​

We do not cover shipping costs of returning items back to us for exchange.​

All exchange requests are subject to stock availability, you are more than welcome to drop us a message to request status on stock availability before you return your item for exchange. Where possible we will hold the exchange item for 48 hours until we receive your package.
