Do you provide International delivery?

Yes, we deliver worldwide! Europe (2-4 day) delivery charge is from £7.99 and delivery to the USA, Canada & Austealua starts from £16.99 and I'd delivered within 2-5 working days.

Express Delivery is available to limited destinations check out your options at checkout. 

*** Please note: Import duties and customs fees might apply for some countries. 

 

How do I return an item?

To return a product with us is easy! Just follow the return instructions on the 'RETURNS/EXCHANGES" form enclosed with your parcel and mail it back to us with your name and order details, within 14 days of receipt.

 

What is your returns policy?

We offer refunds to items returned within 14 days of purchase. All items must have the SULTRESS swing tag in tact and no signs of wear, staining etc. 

Please note that due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of swimwear, lingerie (including bidysuits) or jewellery items.

We advise all returns to be sent via tracked royal mail service.

What are your delivery options? 

We various couriers to deliver our goods, within the UK they deliver between 7:30 and 19:30 Mon - Fri. If you have provided us with your mobile number you will receive an SMS the morning of delivery giving details of your delivery time slot.
