FREE UK Standard Delivery on all Orders  

We aim to despatch your garment(s) within 1 working day by a local fully tracked service. We work with a number of delivery companies so that we can bring our customers the best postage rates for the UK, EU and worldwide.

Most packages will require a signature upon arrival - We do not ship to BOX addresses.

 
DELIVERY INFORMATION:
 

UK Standard tracked (2-4 days):  FREE

UK Express Delivery tracked (1-2 days):       From £6.99*

Europe Standard (2-4 days): From  £7.99*

USA & Canada Standard (4-7 days) Delivery: From £16.99*

Australia Standard(4-7 days) Delivery: From £17.99*

*dependant upon weight and number of items ordered

 The standard delivery charge is applied to your order at checkout, if you require Express Delivery please ensure you select this option - we cannot make changes once the order has been placed.

All orders are shipped Monday to Friday, Saturday Delivery is included in our Express Delivery Service as long as the item is purchased before 9am the Friday before. 

 

UK MAINLAND:

  • UK Express Delivery excludes Sundays and Bank Holidays. 
  • Orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri will be shipped the same working day all orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the following working day.
  • To have your dress in time for the weekend you must have your order placed before Thursday 3pm! Please note our Express delivery service is only applied on working days & orders must be placed before 3pm, in order to guarantee receipt of goods within 1-2 days. 
  • You will receive Email on the fulfilment of your order with a tracking number and details to track your deliver until receipt. 

        EUROPE:

        Available for delivery in:
        Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands. 
        Austria, Denmark, Italy, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic
        Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Sweden, Croatia, Estonia

        All orders to Europe & Southern Ireland take approximately 3-5 working days standard delivery.

        If your country is not listed at the checkout, please email info@sultress.com.

         

        USA, Canada & Australia:

        • All international deliveries take approximately 4-7 working days.

         

        IMPORTANT:
        To avoid delays & disappointment, we suggest you use your work address if you know you will not be available at home to receive your delivery. 
        Orders are delivered by courier & require a signature if you (the customer) request for the parcel to be left in a safe place, it is done so at your own risk and Sultress Ltd can not take any responsibility for any damages or theft to the parcel.
        Please allow & consider extra delivery time around bank holidays. Saturday, Sunday & bank holidays are not classed as working days!
        Orders placed over the weekends are processed and shipped the following Monday!

        To receive updates on your parcel delivery please ensure you provide a mobile telephone number at checkout. 
        You will receive a tracking number via e-mail and text message letting you know the status of your parcel. This can be tracked through the DPD website & app.
